Senior Company

Corps Bara is a collaborative contemporary dance adventure where dancers and choreographers seeking to integrate artistry and spirituality within a dance career find inspiration, training, developmental opportunities and employment.

By nature contemporary dance is explorative, pushing the boundaries to discover new ways of moving and expressing life. While embracing the nature of contemporary dance, Corps Bara strives to create work that is a celebration of life that builds up and supports responsible social consciousness through core values that respect humanity.

Corps Bara maintains a semi-professional contemporary dance company who perform both nationally and internationally ( Calgary, Banff, Saskatchewan, NYC and Kansas City). Two full length theatre performances are created each season (September – May) along with touring opportunities. Corps Bara has built an amazing network of like-hearted dance professionals who collaborate in creating innovative new work. Among those involved are:
